Amongst them also Boris, former military and highly worried by the potential consequences if the Russian aggressor would be successful. After pausing his life in Belgium Boris entered Ukraine in the 3th week of the war and joined the International Legion. 3 months later the vehicle he was in was struck a mine resulting in a bilateral above knee amputation. Deeply motivated to get back on his feet he has made a swift recovery and is currently testing out prosthetic legs.
